PORK CHOPS AND POTATOS

List of Ingredients
- 6 (4oz) pork lion chops, trimmed
- 1 (10oz) can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 clove minced garlic or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 medium potatos, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 tbsp veggie oil
Instructions
- In skillet , brown prok chops in 2 tbsp veggie oil. Drain fat
- In crockpot, mix soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Add potatos and onions stirring to coat. Place browed pork chops on op of potato mixture
- cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Final Comments
I've noticed that on a lot of these crockpot recipes it says to cook them for along time. Sometimes the cooking time is way to long, so make sure to test the tenderness of potatos and the pork to ensure not to over cook.
