    Amish CakeIngredients:2 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 large crushed pineapple 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup walnuts -- chopped frosting -- (topping) 12 oz Cool Whip® 1 small vanilla instant pudding mix 1 large crushed pineapple Instructions: Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done. FROSTING (TOPPING) Mix all ingredients together. Blend together, and frost well-cooled cake.
