    My Uncle Gary's Recipe


    Recipe Introduction


    This is a recipe that my uncle makes. I believe he found the recipe from Pace Picante Sauce.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 - 16 oz. Jars Pace Picante Sauce
    • 2 Green Peppers- sliced
    • 1 Yellow Onion
    • 2 Lg. Cans Whole Tomatoes
    • 1 Large Round Steak
    • 2 Lbs. Hamburger


    Instructions


    1. Brown meats, and drain.
    2. Slice all vegetables.
    3. Mix vegetables with picante sauce, and meats.
    4. Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 hours or until round steak is fall-apart tender.
    5. Drain mix, before serving on warm flour tortillas with sour cream- Optional.
    6. Guacamole is also an optional serving with this recipe.
