• Flour
  
• Onion
  
• Pepper
  
• 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup or mushroom gravy
  
• Round Steak- Large cut
  
• mushrooms-optional
  
• Milk
  






Instructions



1. Dip round steak into salt, pepper and flour mixture.
   
2. Put butter in pan and Brown Meat.
   
3. Put in crock pot with 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can milk.
   
4. Slice onion and put 1/2 to whole onion into crock pot.
   
5. Add sauteed mushrooms.
   
   
6. Simmer in crock pot until meat is fall-apart tender.
   
7. Serve with potatoes for gravy.
