I achieved Lifetime status at Weight Watchers on April 16, 2005. (Which means they think I'm skinny now if you're not familiar with Weight Watchers) I lost 40lbs following the simple ideas of eating healthy, in the correct portions and exercising. Makes sense to me! |

Anywho, here is my collection of recipes that I have gathered from various sources. I didn't always write down the source, so I hereby apologize to any and all who I don't know to credit. I will make every effort in the future. I am certainly not trying to claim all of these as my own! |

I will always list point values, but feel free to double check me on that. I'm not trying to screw anybody up, because these are the values I'm using myself! |

Also, one big pet peeve of mine is that the number of servings will be listed, but not how big they are. I will try to remedy that, even if it's a simple "fraction of pan" statement. |
