    Yields 6 servings at 3 points each
    Serving size: 1/6 pan

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 c French bread, cubed
    • 10 oz bulk turkey sausage
    • 1/2 c onion, chopped
    • 3/4 c (3 oz) RF cheddar, grated
    • 1 c skim milk
    • 1 c egg beaters
    • 2 tsp dry mustard (optional)
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Spray 11x7 pan with Pam. Put bread cubes in dish.
    2. Brown sausage and onion over medium high heat. Drain off fat.
    3. Layer sausage and cheese over bread.
    4. Combine remainign ingredients. Pour over all, making sure bread is completely covered by milk.
    5. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight
    6. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
    7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
