Sausage and Egg Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 3 c French bread, cubed
- 10 oz bulk turkey sausage
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
- 3/4 c (3 oz) RF cheddar, grated
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 c egg beaters
- 2 tsp dry mustard (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Spray 11x7 pan with Pam. Put bread cubes in dish.
- Brown sausage and onion over medium high heat. Drain off fat.
- Layer sausage and cheese over bread.
- Combine remainign ingredients. Pour over all, making sure bread is completely covered by milk.
- Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
