    Yields 2 servings at 6 points each
    Serving size: 1 breast and 1 c sauce


    List of Ingredients


    • 2-4 oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
    • 1 1/2 c salsa
    • 1 package taco seasoning mix
    • 6 oz FF sour cream
    • 1/4 c RF Mexican cheese, grated
    • Pam cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Mix salsa, sour cram and taco seasoning. Set aside. Preheat oven to 400°.
    2. Pound chicken breasts thin and place in Pam-sprayed oven-proof skillet. Cook until almost done over medium heat.
    3. Add salsa mixture and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    4. Sprinkle with cheese and place pot in oven to melt cheese.
    5. Use less taco seasoning for a milder dish.
