List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg (6 serving size) FF, SF instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c cool whip free, thawed
- 1 pkg round SF angel food cake
- 1 c strawberries, sliced (about 10)
Instructions
- Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate; top with 1 1/3 c of the pudding mixture. Cover with middle cake layer and additional 1 c of the remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining cake layer; spread with remaining pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate at least one hour. Top with strawberries just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Note: Total recipe points based on using a Sugar-Free Angel Food cake (8.8 points). If you cannot find a SF angel food cake, you will need to recalculate the points. (21.4 - 8.8 = 12.6 and then add in the points for the angel food cake.)
