    Serving size: 1/8 of pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 c Rice Crispies
    • 4 T peanut butter (can use reduced fat)
    • 1 T honey
    • 1 small package SF chocolate pudding
    • 2 c skim milk
    • 8 T FF cool whip (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Mix peanut butter and honey together and microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir in Rice Crispies. Press in a 9" square pan (pie pan is fine). Mix pudding with milk according to directions. Pour pudding onto crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Cut pie into eight sections. Top each section with 1 tablespoon Lite Cool Whip.
