- 1 1/2 c boiling water
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) SF strawberry jello
- 8 oz FF cool whip
- 1 c sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Stir boiling water into jello in large bowl until completely dissolved. Add 2/3 of frozen coolwhip; stir with wire whisk until whipped cool whip is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Refrigerate remaining cool whip for later use as garnish.
- Spoon fruit evenly into 5 dessert cups; cover evenly with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
- Top with the remaining thawed cool whip just before serving.
