Baked Corn Dogs

List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
- 4 Tbsp Parkay Light Stick
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 package Aunt Jemima Easy Mix Corn Bread
- 1/2 cup scallion(s)
- 1/8 tsp table salt
- 8 item fat-free turkey hot dog
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients, excluding hot dogs, getting most of the clumps out. Coat hot dogs with mix. Put on a cookie sheet. Cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
