    Yields 2 servings (1 wrap and 3/4c filling each)

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 scallions, chopped
    • 1clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tsp peanut or canola oil
    • 6 oz ground turkey breast
    • 1 c tomato puree
    • 1 T hoisin sauce
    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 2 large cabbage leaves
    • 2-6" whole-wheat tortillas


    Instructions


    1. Sautee scallions and garlic in oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender.
    2. Crumble in turkey and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
    3. Add tomato puree, hoisin sauce and ginger. Bring just to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Set aside.
    4. Place a large cabbage leaf on each of the tortillas. Place half the turkey filling on top of each one. Roll up to close.
