List of Ingredients
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp peanut or canola oil
- 6 oz ground turkey breast
- 1 c tomato puree
- 1 T hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 large cabbage leaves
- 2-6" whole-wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Sautee scallions and garlic in oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender.
- Crumble in turkey and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree, hoisin sauce and ginger. Bring just to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Place a large cabbage leaf on each of the tortillas. Place half the turkey filling on top of each one. Roll up to close.
