Steamed Artichokes

List of Ingredients
- 8 medium artichokes
- honey mustard dressing
Instructions
- Working with one artichoke at a time, slice off the top inch of leaves and the stem end of each artichoke. Using scissors, ship off the thorny tips of the outer leaves. With a small spoon, scrape out the thorny chokes. Steam bottom side up over 2" boiling water until tender, 35-50 minutes. Serve each artichoke with 2 T FF honey mustard salad dressing for dipping.
