    8 large eggs
    1/2 c. half & half cream
    4 oz. (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. finely-chopped fully cooked ham
    1/4 c. finely-chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. finely-chopped onion

    Recipe



    In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream with a wire whisk until light and fluffy. Stir in cheese, ham, pepper and onion. Pour into greased 9x9 casserole. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
