    List of Ingredients




    · 1 stick butter
    · ½ cup brown sugar (I use light, suppose dark would work)
    · 1 tsp. cinnamon
    · 1 pkg. cook and serve (not instant) butterscotch pudding
    · 1 small pkg. pecans
    · 1 small pkg. (12 count) small round freezer rolls (like Rhodes – or Hy-Vee has their own brand)

    Recipe



    Cook over low heat, butter, sugar and cinnamon until dissolved. Grease bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan. Arrange frozen rolls around bundt pan. Next, sprinkle pudding over rolls (this really covers them). Pour butter sauce over the top. Cover with a towel and let set on counter overnight. In the morning bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When done baking, flip bundt pan onto large plate or cookie sheet. Bon apetit!
