List of Ingredients




2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups lard
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda dissolved in a little water
3 cups flour
6 cups oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe



cream together sugars and lard.
Add eggs after salt and vanilla have been added.
Stir well
Sift flour and soda.
Mix well.
Add the rest.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet spaced 2 inches apart
Bake 8 - 10 minutes in 375 oven.
