    4 1/2 c. instant potatoes
    4 c. water
    6 T. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softnened
    1 c. sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix with a mixer and put in crockpot on low for 2-3 hours.
