� gallon green mint ice cream
2 (3 � oz.) pkgs. pistachio pudding
16 oz. Cool Whip
� cup Oreo cookie crumbs
1/8 tsp. mint flavoring
green food coloring (optional)


Recipe



Let ice cream sit out until soft. Put pudding in a large bowl. Add softened ice cream and blend together. Mix in mint flavoring and Cool Whip. Add food coloring, if desired. Top with cookie crumbs.
