2 15 oz. cans Mexi-corn drained
2 10 oz. cans Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies drained
1 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1oz. pkg. Ranch dressing mix (dry mix)
1 bunch green onions chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and stir gently in a large bowl until combined. Reserve a little bit of cheese and green onions for garnish.
Refrigerate dip until ready to serve.
Garnish with reserved cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
