    1 c. lard or Crisco
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, mix the lard, water, salt, and 1/2 c. of the flour. Beat well--it will look like cottage cheese. Add the rest of the flour all at once; stir together and roll out. Yield: 1 double-crust for a 9 to 10 inch pie.
