Pizza
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
favorite pizza toppings
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray a 15×10-inch rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, seasoning packet, cheddar cheese, and water.
Press the biscuit dough into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove the partially baked pizza crust from the oven. Add a layer of pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese and pizza toppings.
Bake the pizza for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Notes:
Prepare the box of biscuit mix adding the water and cheddar cheese that is called for on the box. I add the seasoning mixture to the dough. I omit the butter that is called for on the box. Feel free to make the garlic butter sauce and brush it on top of the partially baked pizza crust.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
We topped the pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Use your favorite pizza toppings.

Can I bake the pizza in a 9×13-inch baking dish? Yes. The crust will just be a little thicker. We tested this recipe in multiple pans and preferred the thickness of the 15×10-inch pan.
