    2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered

    8 oz. cream cheese, softened

    1 can cream of potato soup

    1 env. ranch salad dressing mix

    Recipe



    Place potatoes in slow cooker. Beat cream cheese, soup and dressing mix until blended. Stir in potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
