    Two Cheese Potatoes Gratin

    List of Ingredients





    1 1/2 pounds potato -- cut into 1/4 inch slices

    1 garlic clove

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon red pepper

    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

    1/4 cup flour

    2 cups skim milk

    5 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded

    Recipe



    Place potato slices and garlic clove in saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes or until just tender. Drain and discard garlic. Place flour, salt and red pepper in a large saucepan. Gradually whisk in milk until blended. Cook over medium heat until thick and remove from heat; stir in cheese. Arrange half of potatoes in a baking dish which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Pour half of sauce over slices. Repeat with remaining potatoes and sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350� for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
