1/2 c. white or gold potatoes

1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. chili powder

sea salt & black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine diced potatoes, olive oil, and spices in a bowl. Toss to coat evenly.

Arrange potatoes on baking sheet, and bake for 45-55 minutes, until tender.
