    Bacon and Chive Potato Salad

    6 cups quartered, unpeeled small red potatoes
    ¾ cups Real Mayo
    2 tbsps. stone ground mustard
    8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    1/3 cup chopped fresh chives

    Add potatoes to boiling water. Cook 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mix mayo and mustard in a large bowl. Add potatoes, bacon and chives. Mix lightly. Refrigerate.
