    List of Ingredients




    3 cans corn, drained
    1/2 red onion
    1 greeen pepper, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded cheese

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Slightly crush 1 bag of fritos corn chips, place 1/2 in bottom of bowl top wtih the corn mixture and rest of fritos.
