1 lb. green beans
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 med. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
Recipe
Cook green beans with eggs in hot water. Remove from heat until tender. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Set aside. Cut onion, pepper and garlic. Sauté all ingredients in skillet with butter. In a bowl mix green beans, eggs and rest of ingredients, mix well.
