2 T. Butter
1 c. onions, sliced thin
5 c. potatoes, sliced thin
1 ¼ c. half & half
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2/4 tsp. dill weed
2 c. boiling water
Recipe
Sauté onions in butter 4 to 6 minutes ( do not brown) Add potatoes and 2 cups boiling water. Boil 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Puree in blender. Add half 7 half, salt, pepper, and dill weed. Heat and serve.
