Rice/Hamburger Hotdish

List of Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 of Hamburger
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1/2 to 3/4 Green Pepper
- 1/4 Red Pepper (optional)
- 1 Can Chicken Rice Condensed Soup
- 1 Can of Water
- 1 Heaping Cup of White Rice (Not Instant Rice)
- Paprika (as desired)
Instructions
- Heat the soup and water to a rapid boil.
- Add rice to soup mixture.
- Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat.
- Simmer (covered) for 20 minutes.
- Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. (Add red pepper at this time if you choose to include it in your recipe)
- When rice and hamburger are ready, put all ingredients into a microwave safe dish.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with paprika as desired.
- Microwave on high for 5-10 minutes (uncovered).
