This is a wonderful summer salsa. Very refreshing, but not HOT unless you want it to be!!
List of Ingredients
1 can drained black beans** (see note at bottom)
3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
3 green onions, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 jar (2oz) diced pimentos, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bottle (8oz) Wishbone Robusto Italian Salad Dressing
Bag of Baked tortilla Chips (Scoops work best)Recipe
Combine your ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours.
**( The recipe calls for black eyed peas, but I think they are gross. I use black beans.)
