• 1/4 cup brown sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
  






Instructions



1. Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of ketchup to a pound of hamburger. Mix well and pat out your hamburgers as usual. I like to also add finely minced onion to mine as well.
   
   






Final Comments


This adds a special sweetness to a dull burger. It also makes moist burgers.
