    List of Ingredients


    • FILLING:
    • 1 pkg. carmels (38 carmels)
    • 1/4 c. oleo (1 stick)
    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    • CRUST:
    • 1 c. oleo, melted
    • 1 c. brown sugar
    • 1 1/2 c. flour
    • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp, soda


    Instructions


    1. FILLING: Melt carmel and oleo together on low heat in heavy pan. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
    2. CRUST: Mix crust ingredients well. Spray or grease 9 X 13 pan. Pat half of crust mixture in pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour filling on top of this. Crumble rest of oatmeal mixture on top. Bake 10 minutes more. Cut when cool, then set. Store in refrigerator for long term storage.

    3. Cut into 48 pieces.
