List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 4 eggs--add one at a time
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring (optional)
Instructions
- Beat 8 minutes or until well mixed. Pour 1/2 of the batter into 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle 3 tbsp. sugar to 1 tbsp. cinnamon over the batter.
- Then pour the rest of batter on top of cinnamon and sugar. Add more sugar and cinnamon to the top.
- Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
