Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Recipe Introduction
One of my favorite breads. Also very easy to make.
List of Ingredients
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
- GLAZE:
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, oil, and water together. Mix well then add the cake mix and the pudding. After well mixed, then add the poppy seeds and fold them in.
- Pour batter into 2 well greased smaller size loaf pans. Bake 40 minutes @ 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool 5 minutes...mix together the sugar and lemon juice.....then spread on top bread with a brush.
Final Comments
Serve with or without butter on it.
