Lazy Daisy Cake

List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- FROSTING:
- 1 large cool whip or 2 pkg. Dream Whip
- 1 box pudding
Instructions
- Heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla.
- Mix in warm milk. Add flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well.
- Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan.
- 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- FROST: For pistachio cake add 1--3 3/4 oz box of instant pistachio pudding after cake is mixed.
