    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 c. oleo
    • 1/2 c. cocoa
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 1/2 c. flour
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 c. chopped nuts
    • 20 large marshmallows
    • FROSTING:
    • 2 squares chocolate (Bakers)
    • 5 tbsp. butter
    • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 lb. powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Melt oleo. Blend in cocoa. Add and beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    2. Add flour, baking powder, salt and chopped nuts. Mix.
    3. Bake in greased 10 X 15 pan. 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven and cover with 20 large marshmallows cut in half. Return to oven long enough to soften the marshmallows. Spread with spatula and cool.
    5. CHOCOLATE FROSTING: Melt Bakers Chocolate with butter. Add evaporated milk and heat. Add salt and vanilla. Put in mixer bowl. Add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth, then spread on brownies.
