    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. brown sugar
    • 1/2 c. oleo
    • 2 c. flour
    • 1 tsp. soda
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 c. buttermilk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 c. rhubarb, diced thin
    • 1/2 c. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Mix brown sugar, oleo, flour, soda, salt and buttermilk. Then add eggs, vanilla and rhubarb.
    2. Grease and flour cake pan. Pour in batter and sprinkle top with 1/2 c. white sugar.
    3. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
