    List of Ingredients


    • 5 c. cut up rhubarb
    • 1 1/3 c. sugar
    • 1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
    • 1 small pkg. yellow or white cake mix
    • 1/3 c. butter
    • 1 c. water


    Instructions


    1. Spread rhubarb in 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle sugar and jello on top. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the top. Cut butter over cake mix and sprinkle with water.
    2. Bake 30 - 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
