Vernon's Crumb Cake

- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix well 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter until crumbly.
- Take out 3/4 c. of mixture and set aside. Add to bowl--2 eggs, 3/4 c. milk, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured pan. 8x8 or 9x9
- Now spread the 3/4 c. crumb mix and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
- 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Final Comments
This only makes a 8x8 or 9x9 pan, so if want a 9x13 pan you have to double this recipe.
