    List of Ingredients


    • 6-oz. pkg. cream cheese
    • 2 lbs. powdered sugar
    • Mint flavoring
    • Food coloring (whatever color you want)
    • Sugar (for dipping)


    Instructions


    1. Soften cream cheese. Gradually add powdered sugar until stiff. Start out with an electric mixer. Add flavoring. At the beginning when too thick for mixer, put powdered sugar on table and knead mixture until thick enough to make mints. Dip mold in sugar each time.
