Apple Butter

List of Ingredients
- 2 qt. cooked apple pulp
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Instructions
- Cook apple and put through sieve. Measure pulp. Add sugar and spices.
- Cook until flavor is well blended (about 15 minutes). This sticks easily, so stir often.
- Pour while hot into jars. Leave 1/4 inch head in jar. Process quarts and pints 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
- Makes 5 pints
