    List of Ingredients


    • 2 qt. cooked apple pulp
    • 4 c. sugar
    • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves


    Instructions


    1. Cook apple and put through sieve. Measure pulp. Add sugar and spices.
    2. Cook until flavor is well blended (about 15 minutes). This sticks easily, so stir often.
    3. Pour while hot into jars. Leave 1/4 inch head in jar. Process quarts and pints 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
    4. Makes 5 pints
