Dilly Green Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
- green tomatoes, small and firm, quartered
- 1 garlic clove or 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 stock celery or celery seed
- 1 hot green pepper or green pepper
- 1 head dill or 2 tsp. dill weed
- small carrots
- small onions
- cauliflower
- 2 qt. water
- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 1 c. salt
Instructions
- In each qt. jar add tomaotes, cloves, celery, peppers, dill, carrots, onions and cauliflower.
- Combine and cook water, vinegar and salt for 5 minutes.
- Pour hot mixture to within 1/8" from top of jar. Seal at once.
- May boil dill with brine.
- Liquid fills about 6 quarts.
- Let stand 10 days.
