List of Ingredients
- 4 c. chopped tomatoes
- 2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. hot pepper, cut fine (more or less)
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Cook 20 minutes or longer for desired consistancy.
- Hot water bath 15 minutes for pints.
Final Comments
THIS IS VERY HOT!!!!! You may use 1/2-3/4 c. hot peppers and 1 c. vinegar.
