Enchilada Casserole

Recipe Introduction
Easy and delicious casserole to make for dinner. Kids love this one.
List of Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 T. butter
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chile peppers
- 12 oz cheddar cheese
- 10 oz. corn chips (plain)
- 2# hamburger
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Sautee onion and garlic in butter, add browned hamburger, soup, sauce, paste, peppers, and salt. Cook on medium heat until comes to a boil. Put 1/2 of the corn chips on the bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour meat mixture over this and top with the remaining chips and cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
