Steak and Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2# round steak, cubed
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onion
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Instructions
- Partially brown the steak in shortening. Add the celery and onion and finish browning all together. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan for 1- 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Stir when half done.
- This also works well in a slow cooker on low.
