    List of Ingredients


    • 2# round steak, cubed
    • 1 c. celery
    • 1 c. onion
    • 1 can chicken rice soup
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 c. water
    • 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    • 3 tbsp. soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. Partially brown the steak in shortening. Add the celery and onion and finish browning all together. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan for 1- 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Stir when half done.
    2. This also works well in a slow cooker on low.
