- 1 butter pecan cake mix
- 1 german chocolate cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- large bag Rollo candy
Instructions
- Combine cake mixes, oil and eggs until well blended. Wrap about 1 tbsp. dough around the rollo. Toll cookie ball in powdered sugar and bake at 350 degrees. Bake until they crackle on top. About 11-12 minutes. Watch closely so they don't dry out.
- BAKING STONES: 9-10 minutes
- Freezes well.
- Jane did not use quite a tbsp of dough. She thought that it seemed to be a bit too much.
- Makes about 60 cookies.
