    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 c. flour
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 c. sugar
    • 6 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    • 7 oz. jar macademia nuts, coarsely chopped
    • 1/2 c. butter, softened
    • 1/2 c. light brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Into large bowl, measure flour, butter, sugars, vanilla, baking soda, salt, egg and 1 tbsp water. With mixer on low, beat until blended. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop by level teaspoons, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Use pancake turner to flatten into a two inch round.
    2. Bake 10-15 minutes until highly browned. Cool on wire racks.
