    List of Ingredients


    • 4 QT Size
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 1/4 c. sugar
    • 5 c. milk
    • 4 c. heavy cream
    • 4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. lemon flavor
    • 2 1/2 QT Size
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 1/2 c. sugar
    • 3 c. milk
    • 3 c. heavy cream
    • 3 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. NO COOKING!!! Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    2. Pour into gallon freezer and freeze as directed.
    3. CAN USE half and half for most of milk if prefer a creamier, richer ice cream.
