This is really easy to make.
List of Ingredients
- 4 c. chopped rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg strawberry jello
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
- 1 yellow cake mix
Instructions
- Pour sugar over rhubarb in a 9x13 pan. Put jello over sugar. Add cake mix over jello. Pour 1 c. water over all. Top with the 1/3 cup melted oleo.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
