    • 1 c. medium white sauce
    • 4 hard boiled eggs--remove yolk and cut into slices


    Instructions


    1. Carefully fold the egg whites into the white sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Let egg mixture simmer on stove. Meanwhile, grate egg yolks.
    2. Serve on hot buttered toase and sprinkle egg yolks on top.
